As SiberZincir, we are engaged in various research and development activities to keep up with current cyber threats and emerging technologies in the world. At the forefront of these activities is our Siber Talimhane Platform, which we carry out under the roof of TÜBİTAK TEYDEB 1507. Our project, for which the first steps were taken in January 2021, started to be officially supported by TÜBİTAK in January 2022, and was successfully completed in June 2023.
The main goal of our project is to become a Platform as a Service (PaaS) provider that will be used in training the workforce needed in areas such as cyber security, cyber intelligence, and offensive and defensive cyber operations. With the Siber Talimhane Platform, students will be able to receive technical training remotely and develop their knowledge and skills independent of location or circumstance. The platform’s cloud-based nature allows it to be served both locally in Türkiye and abroad. In this way, Turkish instructors will be able to reach foreign students and, when necessary, Turkish students will be trained by prominent foreign instructors.
Siber Talimhane will allow competitions and modules on which international cyber defense exercises can be run. With additional developments to be made following its completion, our project will be strengthened with scenarios supported by artificial intelligence.
